Katniss the Cat needs a home
Meet Katniss! Katniss is a young girl off the streets of Overtown in Miami, probably not more than a year old. It’s hard to believe she’s a street cat in origin. She loves to be petted, and can purr contentedly for long periods of time while she gets attention.
She is not afraid of strangers, and has so far allowed everyone who approaches her to pet her. She will also come over for attention as well. She is playful, too - she likes to bat around toys, and loves to watch out the window. Her only issue is she does not like to be picked up – her foster mom think that’s an old fear issue from her rough previous life.
Katniss is a beautiful girl with perfect manners otherwise; she keeps herself well-groomed, uses her litter box perfectly, and is in great health. She’s a real joy to have around! If you'd like to give Katniss a home to call her own, please fill out an application!
